Ski Side Condominiums offer panoramic views of our spectacular mountain scenery and winter wonderland. This location is just one mile from Main Street and across the street from Four O’Clock Run.  You’ll find convenience in the Snowflake Lift approximately 300 yards away.  The Town of Breckenridge shuttle stops at the Breckinridge Nordic Center which is just down the street. Shuttle service is free but limited to seasonal hours of operation.
     Guests have the option of staying in one or two bedroom condominiums. One bedroom condos sleep four people comfortably and you’ll find all the conveniences of home with our fully-equipped kitchen, full bath, TV, VCR/DVD, and stereo system. Our two bedroom condominiums sleep six people and come with all the ammenities of a one bedroom plus a gas fireplace and extra full bath. Each condo also has its own washer and dryer for guest convenience. Both lodging options have hot tubs on site. Hours of operation vary by season and management may close tubs temporarily to provide adequate maintenance.  
     Ski Side Condominiums have outdoor parking which is not assigned or guaranteed.  A parking permit is required for all guests.
