First night deposit is required at time of booking on a credit card. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival or reservation may be cancelled. If booking is completed within 30 days of arrival, full payment by credit card will be required. All cancellations received prior to 30 days of arrival will receive a full refund less a $100 service fee($60 in summer) per unit. Changes in reservations may be subject to a fee. Thirty days prior to arrival date, all reservations become fully non refundable and subject to full forfeiture of all pre-payments. We strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance to cover any unforseen events.

Registration:
All guests must check-in at Wedgewood Lodge at 535 Four O'Clock Road. Check-in time is 4:00pm. Checkout time is 10:00 am.

Very Important!!!
Our office is open seven days a week from 8:00 am to 5:00pm during late spring/summer/early fall seasons and 8:00 am to 8:00pm during the ski season. If you arrive after hours, your arrival information will be waiting for you in a late arrival basket in the lobby of Wedgewood Lodge. We recommend calling Tonti Management prior to your check-in date to inform us of your late arrival. Quiet hours are from 10PM -7AM. For after hours maitenance/safety emergencies (non life threatening), please call 1-800-521-2458. Our Parking is not guaranteed. Please bring only one vehicle per unit. |
