Policies for all Arrivals

Reservations:

For reservations booked more than 30 days in advance, we require a deposit equal to a one night stay. The balance is then due 30 days prior to arrival or the reservation may be cancelled, less a $100 service fee per unit. If booking is completed within 30 days of arrival, full payment by credit card will be required. Changes in reservations may be subject to a fee. All reservations made within 30 days of arrival become fully non refundable and subject to full forfeiture of all pre-payments. We strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance to cover any unforseen events.

Registration:

Check-in for all Tonti Mangement guests is located at Wedgewood Lodge, 535 Four O'Clock Road, Breckenridge, Colorado 80424. Check-in time is 4:00pm. Checkout time is 10:00 am. A valid credit card is required at check in.

Smoking:

All Tonti Mangement properties are non-smoking. There is a $50.00 fee for smoking inside a unit.

Trash:

When you vacate your unit, we ask that you do not leave excess trash. Trash can be disposed of in dumpsters located on each property. Please do not leave trash outside as it attracts wild animals such as bears. Both excess trash and trash left outside are subject to a fee.

Pets:

As much as we love animals, we are unable to accommodate pets. A fee of $50.00 per day will be charged for guests housing animals in their unit. We will, however, be happy to welcome service animals.

Grilling:

Per Town of Breckenridge Codes, no open flame grilling is allowed on any property.

Very Important!!!

Our office is open seven days a week from 8:00 am to 5:00pm during late spring/summer/early fall seasons and 8:00 am to 8:00pm during the ski season. If you arrive after hours, your arrival information will be waiting for you in a late arrival basket in the lobby of Wedgewood Lodge. We recommend calling Tonti Management prior to your check-in date to inform us of your late arrival. Quiet hours are from 10PM -7AM. For after hours maintenance/safety emergencies (non life threatening), please call 1-800-988-6151 and a manager will be paged. Our Parking is not guaranteed. Please bring only one vehicle per unit.
