I grew up in the Austrian Alps, right where the Sound of Music was filmed. I came to the United States 30 years ago. My plan was to stay for a year to "check things out". Well, obviously, I am still here. I am very happy that I live in such a beautiful place. My husband and I very much take advantage of what this amazing environment has to offer. We love to ski, snowshoe, cross country ski, hike & ride the motorcycle. We also love to dive - scuba and sky. I am very lucky to have a job that I enjoy and that I have time to enjoy my very active outdoor life style! And yes, occasionally, I do yodel!

I arrived in Breckenridge from New Jersey on December 31, 1999, making my 2000 New Year’s Resolution a reality one day early. This may or may not be the only New Year’s Resolution I’ve ever kept. But let’s just say my kids use my gym membership card as a credit card on their Fisher Price cash register. My name is Teresa but, much to my mother’s chagrin, I am known to most everyone as Zube. I worked for the Wedgewood Lodge for eight years as a Reservationist and then Group Sales Manager from May 2002 to May 2010. I left for a couple of years to stay at home with my two children and now I’m thrilled to be back! Though I’ll always be a Jersey Girl, I adore living in the mountains. I think Breckenridge is an awesome community and I think my kids are very fortunate to be growing up here. I am currently Marketing and Group Sales Coordinator here at the Wedgewood Lodge and I absolutely love my job and my coworkers are like family. It is fun for me to help people plan their vacations and even more enjoyable to ensure they have a great time while they’re here!

I moved to Colorado the fall of 2010 from New England. I lived between Sugarloaf (a ski resort in western Maine) and coastal Maine and New Hampshire. After my first time driving over Loveland Pass in 2007, I knew I was going to move here to Summit County. I finished my education with a degree in Lodging and Restaurant Management, saved up every dime I could for a couple of years, packed up my life in to my truck, and relocated to Keystone Colorado on a solo adventure. After two years in Keystone, Breckenridge was calling to me, and I ended up here this past fall. I work here at The Wedgewood Lodge in reservations and at the front desk. We have a great time working here, as our guests are all amazing and come from all over the world to join us. Can you be unhappy when your lunch breaks can be spent skiing? Nah! When i'm not working, I am an avid skier and snowboarder. I usually get 100+ days on mountain each season. My love for music, traveling, and winter sports are all embraced in this town and from this company. Come stay with us, and see what we all fell in love with here in Breckenridge!

Djibril moved to Breckenridge in 1998 from Dakar, Senegal, Africa.  He has worked at the Wedgewood Lodge for eight years as the houseperson and loves his job and the people he works with.  He also works at the City Market.  Djibril has three beautiful little girls.  He loves living in Breckenridge.
