No pets allowed at our Breckenridge lodging.Does the Wedgewood Lodge allow pets?

Unfortunately we do not allow pets. The Dog House in Breckenridge is a great option for boarding your pets.

No smoking at our Breckenridge hotel.What is your smoking policy?

Smoking is prohibited in any of our rooms and/or common inside areas. You may, however, smoke on outside balconies and patios throughout the property. Just remember, the majority of balconies are shared with other other units, so please be respectful of your neighbors.

Parking policy at our Breckenridge hotel.What is your parking policy?

The Wedgewood Lodge has both an underground parking garage and outside parking. Parking is unassigned, however, due to limited parking on property, only ONE parking permit will be issued per unit. If you need to park more than one vehicle, the Town of Breckenridge has a Satellite Parking Lot on Airport Road (map) available for $5 a night. The Breckenridge Free Ride bus system picks up right outside of the Wedgewood Lodge and will take you to the satellite lot if needed.

What does travel insurance entail?

We offer travel insurance on our online and telephone reservation bookings. As payment in full is due thirty days prior to arrival and the reservation is not refundable or changeable at that point, please consider purchasing travel insurance.

CSA Travel Protection keeps you from losing all of your money if you need to cancel for a covered reason, including coverage for baggage delay, emergency assistance and transportation, trip interruption because you become sick or injured, or a non-traveling family member passes away and you are unable to make the trip or must return home early. There are other real life scenarios that could cause you to make a claim, so please visit CSA’s website to see everything that is covered.

Housekeeping policy at our Breckenridge hotel.Do you provide housekeeping services?

During high season (Mid-November thru Mid-April), some of our units (Studios, Studio/Lofts, One Bedrooms, & One Bedroom/Lofts) will have towel & trash service every other day, commencing the day after you arrive. This service includes trash being removed from the kitchen and bathrooms as well as replacing used towels. Remember, however, that you also may exchange towels at the front desk at any time during your stay.

If you are staying at our Breckenridge hotel for seven (7) days or longer, you will receive one mid-week service for every week of the reservation. During this service, all linens will be replaced, bathroom & kitchen surfaces will be wiped down, bed linens will be replaced, and any trash will be removed.

During off-season (Late-April thru early November), and in addition to our standard housekeeping schedule, we do offer a la carte housekeeping services should you need them. These services must be booked prior to your arrival to ensure housekeeping availability, so if you are interested please check out our rates.

Linens & towels can be obtained at the front desk of our Breckenridge lodge.What about linens and towels?

Upon check-in, you will find your unit is stocked with fresh linens and towels. Extra towels are located under the bathroom sink and extra linens for the sleeper sofa are stored in the closet. If you don’t plan to use our a la carte housekeeping services, you can trade in your old linens and towels for fresh ones at our front desk or use our coin-operated laundry located in the parking level. If you are staying in one of our townhomes, washer/dryers are provided in all of those units.

Free WiFi at our Breckenridge hotel.Do you have free WiFi?

Yes. Complimentary WiFi is available in all rooms and throughout all common areas. 

 

What about access to the Upper Village Pool?

While we do not have a pool located on property, our guests are permitted to use the Upper Village Pool which is located 1.5 blocks away from the Wedgewood Lodge. You must check-out a key from our front desk to gain access to the pool which is located off Primrose Path (map).

All units have full kitchens, but what exactly does that entail?

All of our units have full size refrigerator/freezer units, oven ranges, microwaves, dishwashers, toasters, coffee pots, and full sinks with garbage disposals. Our kitchens are also stocked with most any kitchen supplies you will need, including glassware, coffee mugs, plates & bowls, pots & pans, mixing bowls, measuring cups, silverware, bottle openers, and corkscrews to name just a few.

What other amenities can I expect?

For a $20 fee for your entire length of stay, you may rent a Pack ‘n Play for the children and an inflatable air mattress for everyone else!

Do you have air conditioning?

In short, no. None of our units have air conditioning, but fans are provided in rooms and there is always the good old Rocky Mountain air conditioning … opening your windows!

Do you have breakfast or a restaurant on site?

We do not serve breakfast, nor to we have any dining options at the Wedgewood property. However, we are just a short walk to historic Main Street Breckenridge with its multitude of bars and restaurants. Visit the Breckenridge Dining Guide to see your choices.
